It usually takes from 6-8 weeks for a property to complete once it has been agreed.Solicitors will exchange contracts for both parties to sign.
 
10. Completion.
Your solicitor will request funds from your mortgage company and once the vendor's solicitor is in funds they will contact us with the instruction to hand over the keys to your new home.
