When you find your dream home contact our office to make an appointment to view the property. 4. Complete our tenancy application form. You can obtain this form by either calling into one of our offices or downloading it form our web site. Please note that completing a tenancy application form does not automatically guarantee you that property |

If successful in your application you must:1. Complete our lease agreement. 2. Provide Photographic I.D. 3. Provide Proof of previous address. 4. Provide employer and previous landlord references. 5. Provide two Guarantors and they must also supply proof photographic I.D. and proof of address. 6. Provide bank account details in order for a direct debit to be set up. 7. A deposit is required. This is to the value of one months rent, which will be held by the landlord to safeguard against damage, unpaid bills or any other monies due to the landlord by the tenant. 8. All accounts for rates, water services and all other services are, at the landlords request to be put into the name of the tenant and are the responsibility of the tenant unless otherwise stipulated in the tenancy agreement 9.
