Due to the continued growth of the property market, McGranaghan Estate Agents.com is actively recruiting a Sales Negotiator to work within our dynamic and expanding company.

THE COMPANY

McGranaghan Estate Agents.com is a residential estate agency practice. We deal with the purchases, sales, rentals & property management of houses, apartments and lands on behalf of vendors and landlords.

THE ROLE

A vacancy has arisen for an experienced sales negotiator. This is a full time position.

The successful applicant will be required to work at one of our 4 Belfast offices with our experienced and vibrant team. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone to progress their career to the next level and join an expanding practice.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Supporting and assisting with property enquiries
Property & New Home viewings
Negotiating sale contracts
Reporting and servicing existing clients
Negotiating property sales from market commencement through to completion
Administrative duties required to support the aforesaid

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA

Previous experience working within business
Excellent customer service skills
Sales Negotiating experience
Have a pro-active and confident attitude
Team orientated
Can motivate staff to achieve set targets
Self-motivated
Professional in both manner and appearance
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Review activity across each department and assign targets accordingly.
Daily review and monitoring of each departments activity
A high level of IT literacy
Have knowledge of Microsoft programs and the Internet
Great organisational skills
Target driven
Well spoken & well presented
Determined to succeed and progress in your career as an estate agent

DESIRABLE CRITERIA:

A qualification in a property related subject
An understanding of estate agency software, such as Edge would be an advantage
A full and clean UK driving license
An understanding of the local housing market

THE CANDIDATE:

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team
Extremely well organised and able to prioritise your own workload
Well-presented and well spoken
