Tenant Advice

Step by step guide:

1. Search our website for a rental property

2. Sign up for property alerts and we will let you know when a property matching your criteria has been added

3. When you find your dream home, contact our office to make an appointment to view the property

4. Complete the Tenancy Application by either downloading from the website, or calling into one of our offices. Please note, completing the application form does not automatically guarantee you that property

If successful in your application, you must:

1. Complete our lease agreement

2. Provide photographic ID

3. Provide proof of previous address

4. Provide employer and previous landlord references

5. Provide a guarantor and they must also supply photographic ID and proof of address

6. Provide bank details in order for a direct debit to be set up

7. A deposit is required. This is to the value of one month rent, which will be held by the landlord to safeguard against damage, unpaid bills or any other monies due to the landlord by the tenant

8. All accounts for rates, water services and all other services, are at the landlords request to be put in the name of the tenant. These services are the responsibility of the tenant unless otherwise stipulated in the tenancy agreement
