Coronavirus Viewing Policy

COVID 19 Sales Viewing Policy:

As the pandemic is ongoing, we are committed to ensuring our services continue. The safety of our staff, clients and your good self is our priority; we have introduced the following viewing policy.


1. You must notify us, as a matter of urgency, if you are showing any symptoms of Covid 19 or been in contact with any person diagnosed with Covid 19.


2. During the viewing, our staff will be kitted out with PPE, please keep a two meter distance.


3. You have been allocated a specific viewing time. You must attend the viewing at this exact time. Other viewers may be in attendance and we ask you to wait outside the property and keep your social distance, until you are called to enter the property.


4. Only two viewers (who live together), will be permitted to view the property. Friends, children and other members of a family will not be able to attend. If more than two people arrive… entry will be refused.


5. In order to minimise the threat of coronavirus in their home, our clients have requested potential buyers are in a position to purchase the property.

  1. Mortgage in place. A decision in principle (DIP) will be requested from your mortgage adviser.
  2. If financial assistance is not required, proof of funds will be requested.
  3. If you rely on the sale of your property to help purchase the house you are interested in… it must be listed on the open market.

All information is stored in accordance with our GDPR policy.


6. Gloves & masks must be worn.


7. Our staff will enter the property and open all internal doors. Once you have been given clearance to enter the property, please do not touch furnishings, personal items, door handles, kitchen cupboards etc.


8. You must notify us immediately either by email: info@mcgranaghanestateagents.com or T: 90 30 90 30 if you wish to cancel your viewing. Failure to notify our company of a viewing cancelation will result in a £25.00 non-attendance fee.

  1. A recent credit report
  2. Proof of deposit & 1st Months' Rent
  3. Details of your two guarantors to info@mcgranaghanestateagents.com.
